Ride-Strong.com I’ve been meaning to get a post up about this site for some time and I’m just now getting around to it.

Ride-Strong.com is a fairly new site but you wouldn’t know it by looking at it. They have a lot going on over there.

  1. T-Shirt Give Aways
  2. Colnago Carbon bike give away
  3. If you send them a shirt or some swag from your shop or site they will do a write up about it and then give away your logo stuff to readers. So you get double exposure.
  4. Great cycling articles as well.

Ride-Strong.com’s creator Tyler Ford left his job as a loan officer at a bank to build up RoadBikeRides.com and Ride-Strong.com. He also sponsors two Tucson Arizona cycling teams.

Tyler has done a great job building this site and I’m sure it will continue to grow. So head over there and try to win a bike, a shirt, or some other swag.

Bikes Are Big This Month

The 28th Annual Spring Rosarito Ensenada Bike Race

Saturday, April 19 – Rosarito Ensenada Bike Race, 50 Mile Spring Fun Ride. For more information and to register go to http://www.rosaritoensenada.com or call 1-858-483-8777.

Every year for the past 28 years, tens of thousands of bike riders have gathered in Rosarito Beach to compete or just have fun in the Rosarito Ensenada Bike Ride. About 7,500 riders will peddle, coast and sweat their way through this award-winning 50 mile bicycle ride.

The course takes them mostly along the blue Pacific Ocean and slightly inland through beautiful rural countryside from Rosarito Beach to Ensenada. At the finish many of them will gather at the Fiesta Line Fiesta on the Ensenada waterfront.

It’s a great weekend escape for fun, exercise or just camaraderie.

“This has been a long-standing premier event for our city, and everyone is looking forward to having the thousands of riders and festive atmosphere they bring,” said Hugo Torres, the mayor of Rosarito Beach.

“We’re glad they’ve made Rosarito their home base for these many years,” Torres added.
