I just want to post a quick thank you very much to Tyler Ford of Ride-Strong.com.  I participated in their RSS feed contest and I won. 

 I have never met Tyler and this is purely random.  I just posted about his site a few days ago in my post Have You Seen Ride-Strong.com?  Tyler certainly has a lot going on over there.  With all of the contests running and good content.  The site is fairly new but the site has grown very rapidly for sure. 

 So if you haven’t already, go check out Ride-Strong.com.  Who knows you might win something.

So this isn’t really bike related per say but you, my loyal readers, might appreciate this just as well.

I participated in little mini contest over at Retire@21.com.  One of the authors of the site was in Ghana and contracted an illness.  To win the contest you had to guess what the illness was based on the digital photo of the rash Michael had.  I correctly guess Mono so I won this site review.

So  everyone go read the review, and check out the posts about Michael’s trip to Ghana they are pretty good.  Feel free to comment about the review and BicycleFrenzy.com over on the Retire@21.com review.

I haven’t posted in a few days as I have been working on a side project that i hope many of you will like.
