Travis sent me an e-mail about the First Annual Katy Trail Experience and I thought I would pass it along. I wish I could have gone. I’m also glad to here Steve is riding, it would have been good see him.

Travis had some additional info for those wanting to participate in the 1st Annual PRBC Katy Trail Experience so I’m going to go ahead and post it here just as it came from him.

Here is your friendly reminder that the early registration date is closing fast. For those who are riding end to end and the weekenders who are interested in a t-shirt your date is 3-31-07 at a $90 fee. Registration between 9-1-07 and 9-10-07 is a $100 fee and t-shirts will only be available as supplies last.Other reminders and suggestions: [click to continue…]

I received an e-mail from Carolyn Crooker from the Sedalia Convention and Visitors Bureau about this bicycle swap meet and antique bicycle show and parade. I figured it would be good to help spread the word. In keeping with my usual laziness here is the info just as she sent it to me.

I got an e-mail from Travis yesterday to update me on the Katy Trail Experience ride so instead of retyping the whole thing here it is from the man himself:

I am excited to report that the t-shirts are covered and the sponsor’s are all on board.
I will be meeting with Bill Shaw today to go over the art work.I want to make sure that you know ahead of time who sponsored the t-shirts so when you see these fine people that you give them a thank you and remind them that their advertising dollar is very appreciated. [click to continue…]
